Witness is a story of an observer following in the wake of a capricious God-Queen who rules over a subjugated world with an iron fist. Follow the Lord Witness' tribulations, trying to strike a balance between conscience and duty to a tyrant who cannot be reasoned with.

This is an exercise in experimenting with a more passive first person writing style, where the main character is but a passenger in another's journey.

The story will contain depictions of dominance, power abuse, and casual slaughter.
